The problem

    Address lists go dark at the contract boundary. Once funds enter a router, a pool, a bridge or an NFT marketplace, an unlabelled contract address is all the screening tool sees.

    Bridging is where trails break. Chain-hopping is routine for both users and launderers; following value across a bridge requires knowing which contract is a bridge and in which direction.

    Investigators read raw hex. Typing a wallet's activity — how much was DeFi, how much was wallet-to-wallet, how much touched a CEX — is manual work per case.

The labelled-contract dataset behind Datai's classification: contracts tied to their protocol, purpose and tokens across DeFi, NFT and bridge protocols on 25+ chains, plus a CEX-address lookup returning the exchange name and whether the address is a deposit (to) or withdrawal (from) address. Dataset delivery is arranged through sales.

  • Transaction classification. Per-wallet history with txType including Bridge In / Bridge Out, txAction including Bridge, walletToWallet and blacklisted flags, counterparty protocol, contractName and functionName, and every inner asset movement with from, to and USD value.

  • User Insights — wallet analytics (beta). Per-wallet activity breakdown, bridge activity by token, wallet-to-wallet transfer summary, DEX swap pairs, chains and protocols touched, counts of valid, failed and potential-scam transactions — the inputs for the wallet-complexity, %-wallet-to-wallet and %-wallet-to-contract measures the source case lists.

  • Format. JSON over REST for per-address and per-wallet queries; catalogue endpoints for chains and protocols.

Outcome

Enhanced coverage for forensics, compliance checks and investigations across DeFi, NFT and bridging protocols, and optimised internal analysis of bridging activity and transaction labels — as described in the source case. iknaio reports improved money-flow tracking through bridge data (below). No detection-rate figures are claimed.

Integration notes

  1. Enrich your entity graph with protocols (name, category, site) and v2/insights/catalog/cex/{address} lookups at ingestion time so contract and CEX nodes carry labels before analysts see them.

  2. For a subject wallet, pull v2/userTx/history/all/extended and pivot on txAction = Bridge and walletToWallet to reconstruct cross-chain and peer flows; use balances[].from/to for hop-level tracing.
